Privacy Policy — Zoom Connect for SendPulse

Effective date: to be set before public release. This document describes what the Zoom Connect app receives from Zoom and SendPulse, why, how long it is kept and how it is deleted.

What the app does

Zoom Connect links Zoom webinars and meetings with registration to a SendPulse account: registrations become contacts and deals, registrants receive confirmations and reminders with their personal join link, and attendance after the event is turned into statuses configured by the SendPulse account owner.

Data received from Zoom

• Identity of the Zoom user who authorized the app: user ID, account ID, email, display name, plan type.
• Scheduled webinars and meetings of that user: ID, topic, start time, time zone, duration, registration settings.
• Registrations: registrant ID, email, first and last name, status, personal join link, registration time.
• Attendance: join and leave times of participants, registrant ID, participant identifiers, email when Zoom provides it.
• Access and refresh tokens needed to call the Zoom API on the user's behalf.

The app requests only the Zoom permissions needed for these functions and never reads recording content, chat or transcripts.

Data received from SendPulse

• Installation credentials of the app in the SendPulse account, the account owner's email and locale.
• Names and identifiers of mailing lists, CRM pipelines, stages, tags, chatbots and flows selected in the app settings.

How the data is used

Only to provide the functions above for the SendPulse account that installed the app. Zoom data is not used for advertising, is not sold and is not shared with third parties other than the SendPulse services the account owner configured (mailing lists, CRM, Automation 360, chatbots).

Storage and protection

• Data is stored in the European Union. Each SendPulse account's data is isolated at the database level.
• Tokens, personal join links and secret URLs are stored encrypted; the user interface never shows them.
• Logs do not contain tokens, join links or email addresses.

Retention and deletion

• Raw Zoom event payloads: up to 7 days.
• Registrations and attendance: up to 90 days after the event.
• Technical logs without personal data: up to 30 days; audit log: 365 days without personal data.
• When the app is removed from the SendPulse account or deauthorized in Zoom, tokens and personal links are deleted immediately and all remaining data of that account within 7 days. Backups are encrypted and expire after 35 days.

Requests about your data

Participants may ask the webinar organizer (the SendPulse account owner) to access or delete their data; the organizer can request this from the app operator at the support contact below. Requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
